In this program conducted twice a week , combined with Angapor - you will learn practices and rotation techniques with Karala kattai to strengthen your body.

The classes will be conducted via Google meet and will be under direct supervision to guide and help you learn the practices safely.This can be utilised by all interested people above the age of 8, irrespective of physical fitness condition or gender.

Regular practices at home is necessary.
